Mahera Collection Returns and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Mahera Collection! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return an item and receive a refund.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:
- General Return Window: We offer returns on most new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 3 days of delivery. Some exceptions may apply (see below).
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange for a replacement.
- Sale Items: Discounted or sale items may have a different return window or may not be eligible for returns. Please check the product description for specific details.
- Final Sale Items: Some items may be marked as “Final Sale” and cannot be returned.
- INTERNATIONAL RETURN NOT ACCEPTED.
Exceptions and Conditions:
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged due to customer negligence are not eligible for return.
- Items without original tags or packaging may not be accepted for return.
- Swimwear and intimates may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team by email at [shop@maheracollection.in] or phone at +91 9594717869. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Pack Your Return Securely: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
- Ship the Item: Ship the item back to the address we provide with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- Proof of Shipment: We recommend keeping a record of your shipment for tracking purposes.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Shipping charges for the original order will not be refunded unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
